Hallo
Ich wollte meine Burst vergrößern lassen und dazu ein Expander Implantat verwenden das unter den Muskel soll? Ist dies richtig? Wie weit kann man es unter dem Muskel vergrößern und wenn ich es größer haben will kann ich es einfach zu einem über dem Muskel wechseln?
